Think Rich Pinoy in Cebu!

April 22, 2017 marked a historic day for this decade long quarterly seminar. In partnership with the organizers of WOFEX, the real estate investing team composed of Larry Gamboa, Randy Manaloto, Eden Dayrit, Ronald Cagape and Maves Angeles flew to Cebu for the first ever Think Rich Pinoy Abundance seminar in the Queen City of the South.

Attendees flew in from different parts of the Visayas and Mindanao region. The crowd is mix of employees, entrepreneurs, medical professionals and maritime folks.

Speakers flew in all the way from Manila.

Randy Manaloto, the person behind this event, acted as the toastmaster. He also shared his build and rent strategy peppered with insightful true to life stories on actual deals. He has a gift of delivering seemingly hard to grasp theories in easily digestible nuggets – showing his real estate expertise, that he generously shares to anyone.

Larry Gamboa gamely presented his signature business model canvas presentation. It achieves 2 things: setting the right mindset and learning to create a proper business plan – an essential tool for budding real estate entrepreneurs. His energy level matches people half his age! His passion for teaching clearly showed making his talk a memorable one.

Ronald Cagape came true to form as Cashflow 101 game master (a real crowd favorite!) A natural on stage, lessons and funny stories were seamlessly integrated, making the learning experience fun. Specific examples of No Money Down deals he shared were a hit!

Maves Angeles‘ inspiring rags to riches story never fails to wow the audience. She’s a living testament of infinite possibilities brought about by pure grit and strong character. Now a developer, she shared her latest project for the audience’s consideration of an investment coupled with mentoring.

I also had the honor to share my roller-coaster real estate journey encouraging the crowd to find a why bigger than themselves to propel them forward. The tried and tested “Find – Fund – Fix – Flip” method of buying and selling real estate piqued a lot of questions.  In closing, a handful of no nonsense useful tips for newbie real estate investors were presented.

Samuel Lao, top Cebu broker, also graced the event in his very relatable down to earth aura. His slides showcased successful brokers/agents under his wing and graciously provided concrete avenues for anyone willing to try real estate brokerage. He is a master seller leaving everyone mesmerized with every word.

Overall, it is time well spent – learning while enjoying the company of driven individuals in pursuit of amazing goals. Thank you Cebu for the warm welcome!
