Reminder to Buyers

A real estate property is the one of the largest (if not the largest) financial purchases you make in your lifetime.

Do you entrust your tooth extraction with a dental assistant? Is it ok if, in the absence of a licensed cardiologist, a student intern will conduct your by-pass surgery?

In the same vein, it is wise to entrust your lifetime earnings to a licensed realtor. It spells the difference between a roof on your head and a string of headaches in your future.
