Eden Dayrit took Chemical Engineering in De La Salle University- Manila. She worked as a process engineer in semiconductor companies for 3 years. Thinking that it was a solid career path to take, she furthered her studies in Electronics Engineering at Ateneo de Manila University through a DOST scholarship. However, in her last semester, entrepreneurship called. She dropped everything and went into real estate investing. It was a leap of faith that paid off radically.
She took the Real Estate Brokers Exam and Real Estate Appraisers Exam and passed with flying colors. She is also an accredited Real Estate Lecturer and a regular speaker at various real estate symposiums. She recently joined De La Salle University - College of St. Benilde's pool of professors teaching real estate brokerage to the newly offered Real Estate Management course.
In 2014, she joined a team led by Dr. Larry Gamboa and started REMAX TRP REALTY, a real estate company franchise in Molito Complex, Ayala Alabang. It aims to inculcate the spirit of entrepreneurship to each real estate professional under its umbrella.
She is an avid reader. In 2013, she opened a bookstore selling second-hand novels and brand new textbooks in her alma mater and branched out to Morayta the following year. She also owns a chain of bookstores operating through the SM brand that has over 100 branches nationwide.
